Shipping Policies

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.


No signature required
UPS does not normally require signatures for delivery, and charges a small fee for adding that feature in. Let us know if you would like your signature to be required. Without that designation, we will not be able to replace your package if you do not receive it (when it is scanned as "Delivered").


Hot Weather Shipping
Our products are perishable and sensitive to heat. During hotter months, we add a small charge to help cover the cost of ice packs, insulation materials, and additional handling. During the warm summer months we do not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, Monday deliveries are not possible. 


Refund Policy
Once your chocolates leave our facility, they are at the mercy of our carrier. We make every effort to protect your chocolates from damage during shipping. Any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt. Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

When you place an order on our website, you will be prompted to pay with a credit card. You may contact us if you would prefer to send a check.
